Vanessa Raderman

Having grown-up in a dance family, I have always been involved in dance and fitness in one form or another. From Ballet, to Jazz, Latin, Flamenco, there has never been a form of dance that I have not enjoyed for its essence. Dance to me is a super strong venue of expression and whatever road I have explored in my life I have always had dance and music leading my journey.

I started teaching Ballet at 13, Aerobics and Step at 17, and since then never stopped teaching. Aside from continuing to explore all venues of dance and fitness, I finally made a career in education and have dedicated my life to inspiring others to lead positive well-rounded lives.

After earning a BFA degree in Musical theatre and an Early Childhood Education degree, I have taught preschool, elementary school, and Musical theatre for the past 20 years. I also began a Teacher Training Center for Montessori teachers (USMTT) and certified over 25 teachers. In the last 5 years, I founded Innov8pac ( a performing arts program that provides an enrichment program where students of all ages are empowered to explore their innovative potential through the arts. Most recently I completed the two-year certification to become a meditation teacher and am currently initiating adults and children into their personal journey and practice of meditation.

While I lead an incredibly rewarding life, I find myself always juggling between being a mother and working on a variety of projects that I am extremely passionate about. Rarely putting time aside for myself, I came across Billy Blank’s Dance It Out in search of a form of exercise that was worth my two minutes of “me” time. I had so much fun and was so inspired the very first time I took this class that I knew I simply had to teach it. I am very excited to be sharing this amazing format with children at the DIO Studios!
